  14. 1 tablespoon Butter
  15. 1 cup Milk
  16. as per taste Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, Italian herbs
  17. For Red sauce
  18. 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  19. 1 cup Finely chopped onions
  20. 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  21. 1 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
  22. 1 cup Tomato puree
  23. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  24. as required Oregano and basil as per liking
  25. to taste Salt and pepper
  26. 1 tsp Sugar
  27. 2 cups Grated cheese of choice
  28. as needed Water

Instructions to make to make Lasagna (Easy Recipe)

  1. First, let's make the grilled vegetables. Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and saute till pink.

  9. Preheat oven on grill mode on 200 °c for 10 minutes. Then line a borosilicate baking tray with butter. Spread some red sauce at base.
  10. Then layer with 4 bread slices arranged on top. Spread white sauce on bread slices.
  11. Then layer with grilled veggies. Then add red sauce on top.
  12. Now arrange 2 and layer of bread slices and repeat for another layer or till all the topping are added completely.
  13. Top with lots of grated cheese. Grill in preheated oven till cheese melts on top.
  14. Serve immediately as a complete meal and enjoy your Italiano meal!
