Then add another crossed up noodle layer, then layer of ricotta mix, then final layer of meat sauce to the edges. Finish with layer of shredded mozzarella, some extra parmesan cheese, and fresh mozzarella pearls to the edges.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Cool for 15-20 minutes.
