  15. 4 tbsp Sour cream
  16. 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  17. 1 tbsp Barbecue sauce

Steps to make to make Chicken Fajita Crepes

  1. FAJIT Spice 4 tbsp (One tbsp paprika powder, quarter tsp basil leaves, quarter tsp oregano half tsp salt one tsp black pepper,, half tsp white pepper and half tsp red chilli flakes.)
  2. Take one cup boneless chicken and cut into a thin sliced. Marinate it with 2 tbsp fajita spice mix, 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and Add two table spoon corn flour. In pan shallow fry chicken pieces until it changes color from both side
  3. Take half piece of cabbage one carrot and one capsicum. Thinly sliced all vegies. Add 2 tbsp of Fajita Spice mix in veggies and mix. In pan take little oil saute all vegies for five minutes keep aside.
  4. For crepes. Blend crepes ingredients Together. In non-stick pan brush one tsp butter and pour one ladle of prepared mixture. Turn down when one side completely cook or turn to golden.
  5. Take one pieces of crepe spread mayonnaise layer vegies and chicken in center. Add some shredded ice bergs. Pour barbecue Sauce over it and now make a roll.
  6. In baking dish lined all prepared crepe rolls sprinkle shreded cheese red chili flakes and bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes
