- 3 tbsp oats
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cloves
- 8-10 whole black pepper
- 3 cheese slices
- Other main ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled semolina penne pasta
- 1 cup chopped red, yellow and green bell peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
